FOR EVERYONE ATTENDING THE ROLAND KAISER CONCERT ON 3 OCTOBER 2024

A very special highlight awaits visitors at the Festival of Unity on 3 October: Roland Kaiser will be giving a free concert on the main stage at the Alter Garten. To ensure that everyone can enjoy the concert, here are some important information and tips:

Concert details

Begin: 8.30 pm
End: around 10.30 pm
Place: Main Stage Alter Garten, Schwerin
Capacity: There is room for around 10,000 people in front of the stage. As there is likely to be a large crowd, we recommend that you arrive early. Admission is free. Places cannot be guaranteed.

Public screening of the concert at four Fan Points

For all those who were unable to get a place at the main stage or prefer to enjoy the concert in a relaxed atmosphere, there will be four Fan Points on the event site where the concert will be broadcast live on LED screens. The locations are:

In front of the Chamber of Commerce (at the stand of the Federal Government, IHK Portal)
On Bertha-Klingberg-Platz (at the Bremen stand)
On the southern part of the Marstallwiese (behind the NDR Zone, presented by AIDA)
On the southern shore of the Pfaffenteich (presented by AIDA)

Safety and admission regulations

In order to ensure that the event runs smoothly and protect the safety of all visitors, the following rules apply at the entrance to the main stage:

Glass bottles are not permitted on the event site.
Bulky items such as bicycles, e-scooters, stools or chairs are not permitted.
Bag checks: larger bags and rucksacks will be randomly inspected at the entrance.
No weapons: it is prohibited to carry weapons or dangerous objects. This includes knives, firearms, pepper spray, scissors, pyrotechnics and similar objects.
Personal checks: random checks may be carried out.

Arriving and departing

As the event is expected to attract a very large number of people, visitors are advised to check their travel options well in advance. There is limited capacity on the trains of Deutsche Bahn (DB) and Ostdeutsche Eisenbahn GmbH (ODEG), especially on the evening of 3 October.
